2. Accounts & Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. All information provided during registration must be accurate and up-to-date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms.
3. Listing Rules
All listings must be for real products available for sale. Listing legally prohibited, counterfeit, or stolen products is forbidden. Descriptions and images must be accurate and represent the actual product.
4. Transactions & Payment
SBay facilitates communication between sellers and buyers. All financial transactions are conducted directly between the parties. We are not responsible for any financial disputes between users.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Using the platform for fraud, harassment, spam, or any illegal activity is prohibited. Attempting to circumvent platform systems or collecting other users' data is also forbidden.
6. Limitation of Liability
SBay operates as an intermediary platform and does not guarantee product quality or seller reliability. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from transactions between users. We always recommend verifying the product before purchase.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform content including the logo, design, and text are the property of SBay. Copying or using any platform content without prior permission is prohibited.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes. Your continued use of the platform after modifications means you accept the updated terms.
